We, A7 Consulting Group GmbH, Florengasse 24, 36043 Fulda, will be pleased to inform you in detail about the processing of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data“ only) in accordance with Article 13 of the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (DS-GVO).

Purposes of processing

We process personal data in accordance with Article 4 DS-GVO in accordance with the provisions of the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu):

If you have given us your consent to the processing of personal data for certain purposes (e.g. sending brochures, processing enquiries, invitations to events), the lawfulness of this processing is given on the basis of your consent.

Business documents are kept for a maximum of 6 and 10 years in accordance with the requirements of the German Commercial Code and the German Tax Code.

If you wish your data to be deleted, we will delete your data without delay, unless the deletion conflicts with legal retention periods.
